Robinson Weeks Partners Closes Fourth Industrial Opportunity Fund And First Acquisition Fund

Robinson Weeks Partners, a leading industrial real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Atlanta, has closed its fourth industrial opportunity  fund, the Robinson Weeks Industrial Opportunity Fund IV, L.P. (Fund IV) and announced the final closing of its first industrial acquisition fund, the Robinson Weeks Industrial Acquisition Fund, L.P. (Fund A1)

Building on the success of its prior real estate funds, the two new  funds have commitments of approximately $152 million, positioning RWP to deploy more than $330 million to develop and acquire well-located industrial assets across the Southeastern United States and Texas
