As a senior management team, we average over 30 years of individual experience in the industrial real estate sector. We have developed or acquired more than 100 million square feet representing $5 billion of industrial properties across the United States since 1979.

Company Overview

From a privately held firm to a public company (1994) and back to our private roots over 40 years, Robinson Weeks Partners has developed and acquired quality industrial buildings across 25 markets in the US.

Our primary focus is developing speculative industrial projects, multi-phased and larger scale industrial parks, and customized build-to-suit programs.

We capitalize our projects through private real estate funds and land joint ventures.

Large Scale Developments

We have a long history of master planning and developing large scale multi-phased industrial parks throughout the country and perform best with complex entitlement and land planning issues.  

Our public private partnership for the redevelopment of the 1,168 acre former Fort Gillem Army Base is a great example of our leadership in resolving a very complex set of development issues. As the master developer of the rebranded Gillem Logistics Center (Atlanta, GA) the firm has developed over 3.5 million square feet of facilities for some of the top logistics companies in the world.

Speculative Development

Critical to serving our client’s needs, we regularly develop speculative projects in high growth markets.  Typically, we have 2 million to 3 million square feet of projects under development at any one time.

Build-to-Suits

Robinson Weeks Partners, for 40 years, has been a market leader in industrial build-to-suits. Often, because of strategic land control, we are able to provide a uniquely tailored solution for companies. Additionally, we pursue programmatic multi-market requirements. Recently, we were selected by a leading luxury home brand in the world to develop three strategic regional distribution centers across the US totaling 3.5 million square feet.

Joint Venture Partnerships

We have an extensive track record of structuring joint ventures with land owners to maximize their land value.   We bring our experience, strong balance sheet and flexible terms to the relationship to minimize risks for our land partners. 

The firm has ongoing partnerships in Atlanta, San Antonio and Charleston developing multi-phased industrial parks.
