Robinson Weeks Partners has partnered with Restoration Hardware to acquire and develop five distribution facilities across the country, encompassing more than 3.7 million square feet. Each deal for the home furnishings luxury brand, with 67 retail stores and 17 outlet stores, is structured differently based upon its unique needs and challenges.
